If you have any questions about an item, sizing, fit or styling, our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us immediately for a return authorization. As stated on the website, there are no returns on special order merchandise.  

All returns must be made within 21 days from the original purchase date, no exceptions. We have the right to refuse any returns after the allotted 21 days. If you are returning an online purchase after the alloted 21 days, a credit will not be issued and it will be up to you to call to have your items returned to you. An additional freight charge will apply.

To complete your return, first call 877.782.9327. Please have your invoice in front of you before calling. We will require your order number when you call. Please do not send merchandise back without first calling and without a copy of your invoice inside the box.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable, no exceptions. We recommend insuring your return and using a shipping method that allows you to track the shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It can have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, smoke scent or animal hair. All items must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days. 

Outrageous Apparel, Inc. is not responsible for lost or unclaimed gift cards. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to their destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined that the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service or the United Parcel Service to file a claim. 

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Trouble with your order?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received the wrong or defective  merchandise you must contact info@outrageousapparel.net within 3 days of receiving your item(s). We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please take a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the images to info@outrageousapparel.net, including the tag in the image showing it's still attached. 

Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line. 

Include the first and last name on order, order # and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response from our customer service support team.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 3 weeks for processing of your order. Please note that weekends do not count as business days. If you need your order faster, please contact Customer Service at 877.782.9327, 765.473.5625 or info@outrageousapparel.net.

 
Can I add my name to an item?

Absolutely! Just add your request in the notes section of your online order, or tell your customer care representative when you call us. There is a $5.00 personalization charge for each item.

 

Do you have the capability to add other logos?

Yes, since all of our embroidery is done in house, we are able to do almost any logo. Please call us at 877-782-9327 to discuss the cost that is involved.
